Mediterranean style family restaurant, hotel since 1983.  The restaurant sits right on the water with 35 share a view, while accommodating up to 140 guests.  Live seafood tanks are the highlight of the menu.  A high quality kitchen  and seasoned staff produce excellent service.  2 bars, wine, boat anchorage point of sales cash.  This hotel is 650sq.m. containing 12 guest rooms, 3 ocean view suites/balconies, 3 private family residence.  The laundry has its own facilities.  This property has wifi, sky satellite tv, internet, solar hot water, back up generator, all permits, lic., etc.  Three parking lots provide 882 sq.m. parking.  The property was rebuilt in concrete in 2008, so it’s new and update.  The hotel runs at aprox. 66% capacity annually.  The clientele for the business varies from international business community with extended stays in the hotel on business in Caldera, San José and Central Valley, also a very large Chinese clientele and tourists.  The chefs has been there many years and the fresh sea food tanks looking at the ocean is a huge draw.  The rooms are nice with big bathrooms.  Trip Advisors has a 4.5 rating.  This business does very well and I see potential in extra marketing.
